At Harmony & Home, each item is lovingly handcrafted.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles or personalised items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days
